  • No. Customer data processed by GUIDE is not used to train public AI models. GUIDE has a zero data retention agreement with Anthropic and leverages the zero data retention capabilities available through Gemini Enterprise and Amazon Bedrock when accessing models on those platforms.

  • GUIDE may use screenshots to understand application screens during execution. Screenshots stay local to the user’s computer and are not used to retrain public AI models.

  • Yes, GUIDE can support sensitive workflows but sensitive workflows should be reviewed for customer security policies, credential handling, MFA requirements, and any contract restrictions on AI involvement.

  • GUIDE can work with authentication flows, for example, for MFA-gated steps, GUIDE can pause and pass control back to the user to authenticate, then resume. MFA and YubiKey-gated workflows can vary, case by case, based on customer security requirements.

  • GUIDE uses a virtual desktop to provide a controlled, consistent, and dedicated environment for execution. While GUIDE can run on a physical machine, the agent requires control of the keyboard and mouse during operation, which prevents the user from actively using the desktop at the same time.

Workspot DaaS is included and customers can run the Workspot DaaS VMs on AWS, GCP, Azure or Akamai; however, the underlying IaaS costs required to run agents are not included.
