After logging in, the GUIDE GUI agent is assigned to the user. Agents are pre-assigned to users based on their Group memberships.

The GUIDE GUI agent is then launched on the user’s assigned Persistent Virtual Desktop.

When you launch an agent in its virtual desktop, it starts in a secure remote Windows session that is powered by Workspot DaaS. This keeps your local machine free while the AI agent interacts with apps, browsers, files, and data exactly like a human user – following natural English language prompts by clicking, typing, and reading screens.

These sessions obey the security policies configured in the Workspot DaaS Control plane.
