Automate Patient Intake, Clinical Documentation, and Care Plan Generation
GUIDE enables physicians and nurse intake teams to automate clinical documentation, insurance verification, risk assessment, and care plan generation across multiple healthcare systems. Instead of manually transcribing voice notes, researching insurance coverage, updating patient records, and coordinating care plans, GUIDE performs the entire workflow automatically. This use case demonstrates how healthcare organizations can improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and provide clinicians with more time to focus on patient care.

In this example, a physician and nurse intake team stay aligned on patient care using an electronic medical database, voice dictation, online insurance research, and Microsoft Teams.
We start in GUIDE with a six-step workflow that automates actions across these applications. To begin, we simply click Run.
First, GUIDE opens the electronic medical database to locate the patient record for Daniel Carter. Within the most recent assessment notes, it identifies the file path to the doctor's recorded voice note.
From there, GUIDE opens Microsoft Word, selects Dictate, then Transcribe, and uploads the referenced audio file to generate a full transcription.
Once complete, the transcription is inserted as text.
Now, GUIDE takes that summarized voice input and adds it back into the medical record as a new assessment note, making it much easier to review than listening to audio.
Next, GUIDE returns to the patient record and scans the updated notes, focusing on the insurance provider and diagnosis code. Using this information, it opens Chrome and performs a targeted search to verify insurance coverage for the condition.
That research is then captured and added back into the patient record as another assessment note.
After reviewing all the available information, GUIDE identifies a potential medical interaction risk and documents a clinical review with the relevant details.
With all inputs now consolidated in the medical record, GUIDE performs a final pass to generate a clear prognosis and structured care plan for the physician. This plan can include multiple steps and is ready to be shared with the patient during the next visit.
Finally, GUIDE opens Microsoft Teams and sends a summary of the prognosis and care plan to the nurse intake team.
